These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Eagle Express services, including our mobile application and website. By using Eagle Express, you agree to these Terms.
Eagle Express is an international shopping and shipping service. We purchase products from stores in the USA, UAE, UK, and China on behalf of our customers and deliver them to addresses in Iraq. We act as a purchasing agent — we do not sell products ourselves.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Eagle Express. By using our service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

When you place an order through Eagle Express:
Eagle Express is an independent purchasing and international shipping service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of any retailer or brand referenced in the app (including but not limited to Amazon, Nike, ASOS, and other listed stores). Store names and logos are displayed solely to help you identify which retailer a product link belongs to. We do not sell or resell products directly — we purchase items you select, using your funds, and ship them to you. The service fee charged covers our purchasing and shipping service only, not the underlying product price, which is paid at the retailer's own listed rate.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order involving prohibited items. Any associated costs are non-refundable.
All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees that apply to your shipment in Iraq are included in or added to your order cost as communicated through the app. Eagle Express handles customs clearance on your behalf.
Return eligibility depends on the original store's return policy. If a store accepts a return, Eagle Express will coordinate the process. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer. Refunds are credited to your Eagle Express wallet.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through competent courts in Iraq.
